Contractor Foreman is used by sub-contractors, GC’s, and every type of trade contractor that you can think of. From tiny companies with a single owner/operator to large GC’s, we have the features that you or your team need. We cover it all from the office to the field.
Our integration with Stripe makes it easy for your clients to pay their invoices online with a credit card or bank account. Existing customers can set up their Stripe account by logging in and clicking Menu > Settings > Integration > Stripe.

We integrate with QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop and Zapier. This eliminates the need for double entering your data. We also have integrations with Google and Outlook.
You can upgrade at any time to unleash new features and to allow for your growing team. When upgrading, the unused credit will be applied towards the upgrade. When downgrading, the difference between the two plans will remain on file as a non-refundable credit for the next renewal.
Contractor Foreman is web based. The web panel can be used on any device that has a web browser. We also have native apps for iOS (iPhone and iPad) as well as Android phones and tablets. Even if you use a Windows tablet, you can still use Contractor Foreman by using the web panel. We support Firefox, Brave, and Chrome. Safari and Edge are not recommended but they normally work without issue. If you are using one of those and do have an issue, try a different browser.
We want to help you get up and running ASAP by providing you with free training. The number of training hours included depends upon the plan selected. We also offer free group trainings each week.
Contractor Foreman works in the cloud on AWS (Amazon Web Servers). This is the same network Amazon.com uses to run their own website. So yes, it is very secure but as with anything, it’s only as secure as the weakest link. Is your password “safety” or “construction”? Those may not be the best option. Do not share your credentials – instead, give your employees their own account.
We support many different currencies. If the currency you need isn’t available, let us know and we can add it. We also support Imperial and Metric units of measure.
The company as a whole can change the language and each employee can also. This is great for companies that have employees that do not speak the same language as the majority of others at the company.
You are not charged until the end of your trial. As long as the account is cancelled before the trial ends, no charge takes place. To cancel, you will need to do so before your trial ends (or before your upcoming renewal) through your account here by submitting the cancellation form (Settings > Subscription > Cancel).
